Welcome to the League of Prestigious Gentlemen (“LPG”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, educational content, coaching and mentoring programs, memberships, online courses, digital products, live events, community platforms, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “LPG,” “League of Prestigious Gentlemen,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the League of Prestigious Gentlemen.

2. Eligibility

Ownership of all intellectual property remains exclusively with LPG unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purchasing or accessing our materials grants a limited license of use and does not transfer ownership.

5. Limited License

LPG grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased or authorized materials solely for your personal, educational, or internal organizational use.

No ownership rights are transferred.

6. Restrictions on Use

Without prior written permission, you may not:

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

7. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

LPG’s educational materials, leadership models, videos, books, podcasts, courses, assessments, proprietary methodologies, and community resources may not be:

  • Used to train artificial intelligence systems
  • Uploaded to AI platforms for commercial content generation
  • Scraped for machine learning purposes
  • Used to create competing AI products
  • Republished through AI-generated derivative works
  • Automated for redistribution

without the prior written consent of the League of Prestigious Gentlemen.

8. Purchases and Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes may apply.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends upon the specific product or service purchased.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Coaching and mentoring fees are generally non-refundable once services begin.
  • Digital products are non-refundable after access has been provided.
  • Online courses are governed by the refund policy published at the time of purchase.
  • Event registrations may be transferable but are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Educational Purpose

All content provided by LPG is intended solely for educational, informational, leadership development, and personal growth purposes.

Our programs are not intended to provide:

  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Tax advice
  • Investment advice
  • Medical advice
  • Mental health treatment
  • Psychological counseling
  • Licensed therapy

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

11. No Guarantee of Results

LPG provides practical frameworks, educational resources, coaching, and mentorship intended to support personal growth and leadership development.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Career advancement
  • Financial success
  • Relationship outcomes
  • Personal transformation
  • Business growth
  • Leadership positions
  • Increased income
  • Social influence

Individual results depend upon each participant’s effort, consistency, circumstances, and application of the material.

12. Online Courses and Memberships

Course and membership access is licensed—not sold.

Members may not:

  • Share login credentials
  • Duplicate course materials
  • Redistribute videos
  • Copy educational resources
  • Upload proprietary materials elsewhere
  • Transfer memberships without written authorization

LPG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

13. Community Standards

Participation in LPG communities, discussion groups, mastermind sessions, webinars, live events, and online forums requires respectful conduct.

Members agree not to:

  • Harass others
  • Threaten others
  • Engage in hate speech
  • Post unlawful content
  • Spam communities
  • Share confidential member information
  • Misrepresent themselves
  • Promote unauthorized commercial activity
  • Disrupt discussions

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend participation that violates these standards.

14. Live Events and Recordings

LPG may record webinars, podcasts, interviews, conferences, workshops, coaching sessions, and live educational events.

By participating, you acknowledge that your submitted questions, comments, audio, video, or likeness may appear in recordings unless otherwise communicated.

Participants may not record or redistribute LPG events without prior written permission.

15. Confidentiality

Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of discussions that occur within coaching groups, mentoring programs, mastermind communities, and private member forums.

While LPG encourages a culture of trust and discretion, we cannot guarantee the actions of other participants.

16. Testimonials and User Feedback

Suggestions, testimonials, reviews, and feedback voluntarily submitted to LPG may be used to improve our products and services.

Testimonials will only be published with permission or in accordance with applicable agreements.

17. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, webinar platforms, community platforms, learning management systems, scheduling tools, email providers, analytics services, and cloud hosting providers.

LPG is not responsible for the policies or availability of third-party services.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, educational materials, digital products, memberships, and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LPG disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LPG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, services, memberships, or educational materials.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the League of Prestigious Gentlemen, its owners, employees, instructors, mentors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

LPG shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, cyberattacks, utility failures, or similar events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

23. Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally before initiating legal action.

If necessary, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation or other legal remedies, unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable written program or service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the League of Prestigious Gentlemen regarding your use of our website and services.

26. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
