Step 1 of 10 - Assessment Introduction

10%
This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
Welcome to the Seduire Leadership Performance AI Diagnostic™. This assessment is designed to identify the organizational conditions that may be influencing leadership effectiveness and performance across People, Processes, Systems, and organizational performance. You will be asked to evaluate a series of statements based on what you currently observe within your organization—not what you believe should happen or what the organization intends to happen. The assessment takes approximately 20–25 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers. The value of the diagnostic depends on your candid assessment of current organizational conditions.
You are participating in the developmental pilot of the Seduire Leadership Performance AI Diagnostic™. Your responses will help Seduire International evaluate the clarity, relevance, usability, and diagnostic effectiveness of the assessment before its commercial release. Some questions may appear similar because they evaluate different aspects of organizational performance. Please respond to each statement independently based on your actual experience. Your responses will be used as part of the diagnostic and pilot-calibration process.
Complete the diagnostic independently. Do not consult with colleagues while responding.
Pilot Participation Acknowledgment(Required)
The following information provides important context for interpreting your assessment. Please answer based on your current role and organization.
Leadership Level(Required)
Please enter a number greater than or equal to 0.
Please enter a number greater than or equal to 0.
Please enter a number greater than or equal to 0.
Before beginning the diagnostic, please identify the organizational perspective you will use when answering the questions. Throughout the assessment, answer consistently from this perspective rather than shifting between your team, department, and the organization as a whole.
What perspective will you use when completing this assessment?(Required)
Select the level of the organization you know well enough to assess accurately. Use this same perspective when answering all assessment questions.
Briefly describe the challenge in your own words. Focus on what you are currently observing rather than what you believe is causing it.
You will now be presented with 90 statements about leadership and organizational performance. Evaluate each statement based on what you actually observe today, not what should happen, what policies say should happen, or what you believe leadership intends to happen. Use the following response scale:
Strongly Disagree — The statement rarely or does not reflect current conditions.

Disagree — The statement generally does not reflect current conditions.

Neutral / Mixed — Conditions are inconsistent, unclear, or vary significantly.

Agree — The statement generally reflects current conditions.

Strongly Agree — The statement consistently reflects current conditions.

Unable to Assess — You do not have enough information or visibility to answer accurately.
Please use "Unable to Assess" rather than guessing. An honest “Unable to Assess” response provides more useful diagnostic information than an answer based on assumption.
One final reminder: Some statements may appear related. Please evaluate each statement independently. Similar statements may be examining different organizational conditions.
